(b) Rebate Structure: Rewards are percentage-based rebates on service fees processed by Trustless Agents. These are not dividends or profit-sharing.
(c) No USD Value Guarantee: $UBQ is a floating-value utility asset and not a "Payment Stablecoin" under the GENIUS Act of 2025.
(d) Network Protocol: Transactions occur on the XPR Network via WebAuth. You are responsible for your own credential security.

How the Fiat route works:

We will then reimburse you in utility tokens for the processing fee you covered, plus your standard 50% token bonus.
